FounderLori is a Transformational Human Resources Strategist and Trusted Business Advisor with comprehensive business experience and expertise spanning the full scope of global HR services. Known as an agile change catalyst, she aligns HR and Workforce initiatives and technology with strategic objectives while proactively collaborating with Executive Leadership. Lori possesses a demonstrated ability to support and further a people-centric culture, as well as a continued focus on identifying and accelerating measures that strengthen performance with sustained multimillion-dollar operational results. She is recognized for a strong commitment to achieving high levels of operational improvements that meet organizational objectives.
Lori has served in senior management positions within global organizations of all sizes and industries including biosciences, pharmaceuticals, legal services, and healthcare. More specifically, she has held the positions of Human Resources Manager, HR Director, and Chief Resources Officer.
